As of 1 January 2026, the operational business of RNT Rausch GmbH will be transferred to Pyramid Computer GmbH.
For more than 25 years, RNT Rausch has stood for technologically leading server and storage solutions. Our tailor-made hardware and service concepts help customers build IT infrastructures that are secure, flexible and scalable.
With Pyramid’s acquisition, our solutions will be integrated into the portfolio of the IPC and server brand AKHET®. This creates an even broader range of high-performance server and storage hardware for customers of both companies – designed for demanding use cases in IT security, compliance, and data sovereignty.
Together, we will offer solutions for hybrid cloud architectures, complete S3 stacks, and locally operated AI infrastructures without reliance on public cloud providers. Our long-standing partnerships with leading German cloud and gaming providers will continue.
For our customers and suppliers, this step primarily ensures continuity: as of 1 January 2026, all business processes, orders, and deliveries will be handled by Pyramid Computer GmbH. Existing terms and agreements will remain unchanged – only the legal contractual partner will change.
Customers of RNT Rausch and Pyramid will benefit from an expanded product portfolio, additional manufacturing capacities, and more points of contact.
